Meet Josh Baker

Diamond B Livestock and its corresponding Diamond B Brand represent the lifelong aspirations and dedication of owner Josh Baker. Although Josh was immersed in agriculture throughout his upbringing, he did not grow up on a farm or ranch. His father transitioned from the family farm, which raised hogs and crops, to pursue a college football career and later become a family practice physician. Josh initially worked at the same small family dairy his father did during his childhood and continued to gain experience in various farm and ranch operations. Eventually, he pursued higher education at Penn State University, where he earned degrees in Agri Business Management and Management and Marketing. During his time at Penn State, Josh supported his living expenses by residing in the university's beef barns and earned recognition as one of Ag Hill's renowned "Barn Boys."

Following graduation, Josh embarked on a diverse career working on large-scale crop farms, a turkey farm, cow-calf-crop operations, and more. It was during this period that he conceived the idea of the Diamond B Brand. He selected the diamond symbol because he recognized that the life he envisioned would be challenging, demanding resilience and strength, akin to the formation of a diamond deep within the Earth. The diamond also held sentimental significance, representing his dream of establishing a legacy to pass on to his future children, embodying qualities such as stability, loyalty, and endurance, much like a diamond signifies in marriage. Josh understood that achieving his dream of establishing a successful livestock operation that would stand the test of time required the same unwavering commitment.

Josh has since realized significant aspects of his dream, finding the love of his life, raising two beautiful daughters, and securing the land to initiate what will undoubtedly become the benchmark in Farm to Table All Natural Angus Beef. Diamond B Livestock and the Diamond B Ranch are responsible for raising all the livestock that ultimately transforms into the highest quality products offered by Homegrown &.

Meet Sara Baker

Homegrown And or H& for short was born after living through the last few years and really waking up to what is going on. After 18 years of working as a Firefighter / Medic at a very busy Florida department, Sara decided that she wanted to focus more on her family and their overall health. Tired of seeing stories of contaminated food, seeing first hand the health crisis we face from kids to adults, and the plethora of other issues. Sara immersed herself in gardening, canning, researching all natural alternatives, and the best way to raise her children to be healthy, happy, active kids who know where good food comes from, the value of hard work and the reward of entrepreneurship. What started as a way to provide our family with the freshest, purest food and proteins possible grew into a desire to allow others not blessed with the land to do so, the ability to enjoy direct Farm to Table with the ability to know exactly who cared for your food and how it was cared for.

H& rapidly grew into something that could encompass anything and everything Homegrown. Hence the name,Homegrown & was born. Homegrown and Handmade, Homemade, Local, All Natural, Pure, Regeneratively Raised....well the list goes on and on. What started out with selling a few friends and family members eggs and fresh chicken has now grown into not only Proteins but Skincare Products, Raw Pet Foods and Treats, All Natural Cold Processed Soaps and Lip Balms. Sara's passion for finding what will not only feed the body but the mind and soul as well has allowed her to hang up her Bunker Gear and provide an incredible childhood for her girls, as well as educate others on the benefits of knowing what makes up your food and making educated purchasing decisions.
