What is Beef Concierge?
A personal freezer-stocking service, not a mystery box.
Diamond B Beef Concierge is for customers who want quality beef on hand without watching every restock or rebuilding the same cart over and over.
During one short call, we learn what your household actually eats: the cuts you love, cuts you are happy to receive, anything you never want, your normal budget, and how often you would like us to check in.
We save that as your Beef Profile. From then on, we can build around your preferences while still working with the real inventory available at Diamond B.
Why is the group limited?
Because this is hands-on. We personally learn your preferences, build your box, and manage each check-in instead of sending everyone the same preset assortment.
Exactly what happens
How the Concierge process works
One short setup call does the heavy lifting. After that, each round is designed to be simple.
We build your Beef Profile
We save your favorite cuts, other cuts you enjoy, your never-send list, target budget, preferred check-in frequency, and helpful notes.
We check in when it’s time
About once or twice a month—based on what you choose— we text you when you’re coming up for another Concierge box.
You reply YES or SKIP
Reply YES if you want a box built. Reply SKIP if your freezer is still full. There’s no pressure to take a box every round.
We personally build your box
We use your saved profile, your usual budget, and the beef actually available. Your preferences guide the box; real inventory determines the exact mix.
Review, pay, and we ship it
We create your order and send you a secure Shopify checkout link. Once paid, your order moves through our normal packing and shipping process.

Some cuts are naturally more limited than others. Instead of promising the exact same quantity of every cut every time, your Beef Profile gives us a range of things your family actually likes.
If filet is limited but you also love ribeye, NY strip, sirloin, ground beef, or sausage, we can still build a box that makes sense for your household.
We will not use your Concierge box as a place to send cuts you told us you do not want.
