Meet Josh Baker
Josh Baker runs the Diamond B Ranch side of the business, bringing years of hands-on agricultural experience and a deep respect for livestock to everything we do.
Although Josh did not grow up on a ranch, agriculture has always been part of his family’s story. He started working at a small family dairy early on, gained experience across different farm and ranch operations, and later earned degrees in Agricultural Business Management and Management and Marketing from Penn State University. While at Penn State, Josh lived and worked in the university’s beef barns to help support himself through school, becoming one of Ag Hill’s well-known “Barn Boys.”
Today, Josh focuses on pasture-raised beef, transparency, and responsible ranching. Diamond B Ranch represents his lifelong passion for agriculture, his respect for the animals and land, and his commitment to raising beef with care and purpose.
